On top of that issue was at that time, their newly created ASC where for about a month, off line users could not register their Arturia software.īut when I persisted, I eventually communicated with very gracious people who understood and confirmed the issue with even some compensation. First I got the "please make sure you have updated ect." Then more replies that really had nothing to do with the sustain issue. It had to do with an eventually confirmed bug regarding the Prophet V where the sustain simply did not work. My initial technical support encounter with Arturia was horrible. The support team have always answered my emails within 24 hours and have come up with workable solutions to any problem I may have encountered. It's rather interesting how two customers can have polar opposite experiences with the same companies. Novation would be another company that I hold in a similar regard. They have a 100% sucessful strike rate with me which is rather unusual in this day and age. How good is that? (Controller waaaay out of warranty) Your unfortunate experiences are exactly the opposite to mine, to the point this week I lost a fader cap out of 4 from one of my midi controllers and because they don't make the controller anymore (or don't currently have a relationship with the actual manufacturer, CME?), they have identitified a suitable replacement fader cap from another model range (although slightly different) and are sending me 4 by post, free of charge so that I will have a matching set on my synth. “If starts and ends with the letter A, stay far, far away!”I have 2 Arturia software controllers (including Spark LE) and Analog Lab 3 among other Arturia software and I have been a customer of Arturia for probably 10 years. I’m a slow learner because I keep buying their stuff, but those guys don’t care about their customers one bit. My litany of unanswered tech support questions and the ungodly number of bugs in my SparkLE, Keystep, Beatstep, Beatstep Pro, Laboratory 49, V-Collection 5 and iOS apps beg to differ.
